レーシングカージマは競輪に熱中する島であるが、この静かな島が商人であるShylockの邪悪な計画に囲まれていて、庶民を騙して小島を自分の物になって謀る。邪悪な商人のコントロールの下で小島を奪い返して、騙された島民を救って、小島に快楽と希望を再現させよう！景色の素敵なレーシングカージマで仲間達と一緒に競技して、砂丘島。カー鎮、緑の森林、クリスマス雪山と幽霊の峠のそれぞれ区域のチャンピオンを取る。ミサイル、タコエミッターなどの道具の発射によりよりよく競技を楽しめて、タイムトライアル、ゴルドーコイントライアル、チャレンジトライアルを通じて自分の競技を鍛えて、部品でカーの性能をアップし競技場を制覇する。チャンピオンを取って続き、仲間を招き寄せて、一緒に小島を奪い返し、邪悪な商人の計画を打ち砕く。
